WORK-STUDY POSITION: PRODUCT PROJECT MANAGER ASSISTANT (M/F)

As part of the Product team, you will be responsible for participating in the development of our tools. As an Assistant Project Manager - Product, your missions will include

Job details

  • Participate in customer audits
  • Interfacing with clients in the expression and writing of functional requirements
  • Identify and propose to clients possible technical solutions according to their needs
  • Manage relations with other project partners
  • Organise the project in stages and over time, ensure that schedules are respected
  • Check that all procedures are well documented and regularly reviewed
  • Monitoring and updating of the product database
  • Contribute to the deployment and development of the tools (production of communication media, tutorials, etc.)
  • Monitoring of statistics on the use of tools by users
  • Creation and monitoring of dashboards and key KPIs
  • Product development and evolution in general
  • Analysis of our product performance
  • Recommendation of action plans


PROFILE REQUIRED

  • You are a student with a DUT/License MIAGE, Computer Science or Information Systems and are looking for a work experience placement in a software company
  • Fluent English preferred
  • You are rigorous, sensible and can handle stress with a smile
  • You are fast, able to handle several projects at once and have good interpersonal skills
  • You are a good team player and have the ability to make suggestions
  • You are curious by nature and are constantly on the lookout for information to respond to the problems expressed
  • You are at ease with IT tools and business applications.
  • Strong business and technical skills (CRM, digital marketing)
