YOUR MISSIONS :

  • Winning new customers.
  • Manage a portfolio of prospects and clients.
  • Ensure the quality of the service.
  • Meet regularly with the client to keep an eye out for new opportunities.
  • Defusing problems.
  • Find solutions by surrounding yourself with the right people.
  • Communicating to the sales engineer the projects being developed by the client.
  • Implement and carry out the commercial policy defined by the management
  • Ensure the commercial follow-up of the contract and that all commitments made are fulfilled

PROFILE / SKILLS :

  • Excellent adaptation and communication skills, both verbal and written, whatever the channel (telephone, email, social networks, etc.)
  • Ability to convey messages and be understood by all types of interlocutors
  • Flexible, resilient and able to adapt to different needs and demands while remaining rigorous and methodical
  • You have a great sense of customer service, are autonomous and responsible, you are reactive and wish to have responsibilities.
  • You have a great deal of curiosity and you have a real commercial fibre
  • Duration of the mission: Between 4 and 6 months
  • Desired date of arrival: As soon as possible

TRAINING :

  • BTS or DUT in computer science or business
  • Engineering school (IT, telecoms, generalist)
  • Business School
  • University degree


PROFESSIONAL SKILLS :

  • Knowing the commercial techniques
  • Mastering your sector of activity
  • General computer skills
